In my business, I’ve found a couple of AI tools particularly helpful:

  1. ChatGPT: We use it for customer support and to automate some of our content creation. It’s incredibly efficient in generating quick, coherent responses and draft content, which we then fine-tune.
  2. Salesforce Einstein: This AI tool is integrated into our CRM system. It helps us with predictive analytics, giving us insights into customer behavior and sales forecasting. It’s been a game changer for our marketing and sales teams.
  3. Google Cloud AI: We use Google’s AI for various tasks, especially their natural language processing tools. It’s great for analyzing customer feedback and sentiment analysis.
  4. IBM Watson: Watson has been instrumental in some of our more complex data analysis tasks. We use it for pattern recognition and to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
  5. DALL-E: We occasionally use DALL-E for generating unique images for our marketing materials. It’s fascinating to see how it turns our ideas into compelling visuals.

Each tool has its unique strengths, and we chose them based on our specific business needs. ChatGPT, for instance, is fantastic for anything language-related, while Salesforce Einstein helps us with customer relationship management. It’s all about finding the right tool for the right task.

Currently I am using ChatGPT 4 to write articles and blog posts and also to generate marketing tests. I used also Midjourney for images to my website.
